Overview
Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with our client based near Bawtry who are looking to recruit a part-time Secretary to support the Executive Team to support the business. This is an ongoing temporary role working 25 hours a week, 5 hours a day, Monday to Friday. The candidate will work closely with the CEO and members of the Executive Team to provide key secretarial, administrative, logistical and organisational support. Role Responsibilities: - Meeting preparation including creating agendas - Researching background materials and information, and preparing documents, reports, presentations and meeting materials - Attending meetings and taking minutes and ensuring distribution of meetings and follow up of action points - Analysing and reporting on data collated - Assisting in the preparation of presentations and written materials - Diary organising and management, including scheduling of appointments, meetings etc. - Dealing with incoming email and letters, and screening telephone calls and enquiries - Dealing with correspondence, writing letters and audio-typing - Organising and filing paperwork and maintaining office systems - Arranging hospitality and booking appropriate venues and equipment - Organising travel arrangements, parking, hotels, equipment needs, accommodation etc. - Arranging dinners and other corporate events - Liaising with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that relevant materials are provided for Board and Executive meetings - Welcoming and hosting of visitors - Dealing with expense claims Requirements: - Have a proven solid Secretarial background with excellent attention to detail - Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail - Ability to deal with staff at all levels - Good IT skills - MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint essential - Ability to manage conflicting priorities - Ability to deal with sensitive issues and confidential information - Highly organised with excellent time management Elevation Business Support is a specialist division of Elevation Recruitment Group focusing on Administration positions in Yorkshire and surrounding regions.
