With over £5.5 billion in assets under management, recent and upcoming acquisitions and 400 support staff in their head office alone, the benefits of joining this firm as a financial adviser are endless and will accelerate your career alongside the organic growth underway at this leading IFA. As a home-based IFA role, it allows you to have control over your own career with flexibility and bring your own style of advice to the firm without being micromanaged. However you will still benefit from having a cash rich, client centric firm behind you to provide the support and opportunities you need to drive your career forwards with clients and leads being provided. They are looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic and success driven experienced adviser hungry to develop a career within a firm that will invest in your potential as they continue to expand nationally in their 12 offices. Requirements: Level 4 Diploma in Financial advice (chartered desirable) Proven track record in giving good advice (CAS desirable) Experience working independently Success driven to operate in an organically developing firm. What you will get in return: Extremely competitive salary of up to £75,000 depending on experience Joining an organically growing company with £50 million turnover and £5.5 billion in AUM 1.8 support staff for adviser ratio Car allowance of up to £4800 per annum A bonus worked out at 2.7x validation Leads and clients readily available through acquisitions succession plans Ongoing training and comprehensive technical support.
