Internal Recruiter, Farnborough Area, Up to £50,000, Permanent, ASAP Start Internal Recruiter Overview: Reporting directly to the Head of Recruitment we are looking for an Internal Recruiter to work for this successful global organisation. Currently the UK market is on a downturn (due to the Covid 19 Virus) however this company are bucking the trend, hence why they are looking to recruit an Internal Recruiter to cope with the extra demand in the business. The Head of Recruitment is also one of the best we have ever supported so whilst their expectations are high you will work alongside one of the best in the business so there's plenty of scope to also personally develop under their expert guidance. This is a true Internal Recruitment role so the position will cover the full end to end process, from stakeholder management, working and managing 3rd party agencies that support the business, direct hiring, advertising, candidate management and leading both client and candidate through a smooth and positive recruitment experience. Other Duties will include: - Manage full cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles (this include engineering and corporate head office type roles) - Partnering with key stakeholders, business leaders, hiring managers, human resources to assess talent requirements and advise on the best hiring strategy - Educate, excite and sell candidates on both the opportunity and why the company should be the employer of choice - Assist and support employer branding strategy to attract high-quality applicants - Identify, engage, screen and interview qualified candidates - Creat exciting and innovative sourcing tactics and look for new ways to network with top talent - Identify and assess a diverse candidate pool; managing candidates through the end to end recruiting process; providing regular updates to hiring managers; partnering with reward and Human Resources to ensure a positive and fluid process for all parties - Keep candidates continually informed with quality communications throughout the hiring process to ensure they are fully kept up to speed - Independently develop and maintain candidate flow, supporting a variety of job functions (engineering, supply chain, business, marketing, project management, corporate etc) - Source candidates through a variety of search resources (LinkedIn, social media, internal database, job boards, networking, internet searches, company targets, referrals, etc.) - Conduct detailed, thorough candidate interviews and present qualified candidates to the Hiring Manager for further consideration Whats in your DNA and experience needed: - Ideally 5 years of internal recruiting experience - Good experience of both engineering and corporate recruitment experience - A genuine passion to really make the team process a world class one - Knowledge of employment law and hiring practices - Ideally you will be available at short notice and also would consider progressing into a permanent role at the end of the 3 month duration - Excellent relationship management experience with hiring managers and business stakeholders, helping them navigate the sources of talent and assisting them with assessment - Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews) - Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion in the marketplace, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
