Overview
Implementation Consultant Ipswich Permanent Up to £40,000 Cooper Lomaz have an exciting opportunity for an implementation consultant to join an leading financial services company in their Ipswich office. This role will suit an experienced implementation consultant, who has experience working with bespoke software. They will have strong project management and coordination skills and will be comfortable delivering the project from initial design and scope to implementation. They will work closely with clients to understand their requirements, being the primary point of contact during the process. The successful applicant will become a superuser of the bespoke software, and prior financial and ERP experience will be advantageous for this position. The client is looking for a highly analytical individual, who will be able to deliver high levels of customer service during the whole process of implementation. You will be tasked with managing the projects, and will be expected to perform data analysis, using this to configure integrations and exports. The successful applicant will also be tasked with providing end user training on the new systems, so prior training experience will be preferable. My client is growing through a growth phase at the moment, but still retains the feel of a small software house, where everyone can play their part to drive the company forwards.
