Contracts & Supplier Manager - £50,000 - £60,000 benefits Our client, an industry leading IT solutions business, based in Central London are currently hiring for a Contracts & Supplier Manager to manage the services they provide for their customers within the business. In this role you will be working closely with sales and support in a fast moving environment, with two direct reports who control the support functions this role requires a hands on management approach to ensure the highest standards of delivery and customer care are delivered. Requirement Experience in managing Cisco maintainence contracts and partner relationships. Experience of using Cisco Services Smartnet support and SAMT Excellent understanding of SLAs, support metrics and KPIs Excellent communication & negotiating skills Ability to efficiently multi-task, attention to detail and support colleagues Our client offers fantastic progression opportunities and an excellent remuneration, bonus and benefit package.
