Graduate Quantity Surveyor Kingston upon Thames Salary: £22-£25K per annum One of the UK's premier independent electronic fire security and audio visual integrators who specialise in the design, supply, installation and maintenance of electronic technological solutions. The Role: The successful Graduate Quantity Surveyor will have the following responsibilities: • Assisting in preparing monthly management reports • Preparing tender and contract documents • Updating project details and financial details on company Workflow (Project Management Information) • Liaising with Project Managers to update on progress • Assisting in arranging payments for completed work • Working closely and effectively with internal customers and project teams • Learning about different areas of the business You: • Degree Qualified (Quantity Surveying 2:1 or above) • Live within easy access to Kingston Surrey • Commercial awareness. • Communication skills. • IT literacy with strong Excel and Sage 50 Accounts • Project management skills. • Strong numeracy.
