Overview
Science Technician - Hertfordshire - September 2020 TLTP are currently working with an 'Outstanding' Secondary school based in Hertfordshire that is recruiting for a Science Technician to join them on a long term basis to start from September. This school are looking for someone that has a degree within the Sciences and is able to take their own initiative. You need to be confident and have a good working knowledge of the UK curriculum. To be successful in this role you will need the following qualifications/experience; A degree within Physics, Chemistry or Biology You will need to have experience or be keen to work within a Lab You will have to be confident in creating and demonstrating experiments As a school Science Technician you will need to be able to use your own initiative and work well within a team As you are working with children you will need to have an enhanced DBS on the update service As a Science Technician you will be working with students on a one to one and small group's basis assisting with practical work within the lesson. You will be creating and demonstrating experiments within all three Sciences so you will need a good understanding of the overall Science curriculum.
