You will be working with small 'booster' groups and intervention 1:1s where specific points can be targeted and worked upon. In the Behaviour Mentor Post, you will be picking up a series of useful skills and techniques by following a thorough CPD plan adapted for you by the SLT. This Behaviour Mentor Post position involves getting involved in the school’s expansive range of extra-curricular activities from sports clubs to hobby groups. • The School Found in Bexley, this is known to be a friendly environment where staff are always keen to support each other. Currently going through a transitional period, the school has recently been taken over by another local, outstanding school.
