Digby Morgan is proud to partner with a fast-growing professional services firm who are seeking a Recruitment Manager based in London to lead a team of 7 across the EMEA region. As the Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for: Leading the end-to-end recruitment processes across the Campus Recruitment function Partner with key stakeholders across the organisation regarding their requirements Utilising creative recruitment strategies to attract key talent Team leadership, performance management, and development of a team of 7 Recruiters Manage pipeline for high volume of continuous hiring across the organisation Requirements: 5 years of recruitment experience ideally with some campus recruitment exposure At least 1-2 years of team leadership experience Extensive experience managing stakeholder expectations Demonstrated experience implementing effective screening and assessment tools Bilingualism in a European language ideal but not required If you are a fit for this vacancy, please do not hesitate and apply immediately
