Overview
Litigation Paralegal Leeds QED Legal are working with one of the leading claimant practices in the country who are looking for a claimant Industrial Disease Litigation Assistant with strong experience of running an asbestosis related caseload to join their busy team. The candidate will have a minimum of 2 years managing their own caseload of asbestosis industrial disease matters and related diseases including mesothelioma, pleural thickening, asbestosis, and lung cancer. Your caseload will consist of mostly non portal fast track cases with some portal disease files, you will be dealing with cases up to the value of £25,000. The firm are one of the leaders in dealing with this kind of work having a number of experts in the field dealing with these matters. Salary is highly competitive with a transparent remuneration scale benefits inc car allowance.
