Overview
We are currently recruiting for one of the largest repatriation business in the UK who are looking for a Arabic speaking Case Manager to join their growing team based in the Canada Water area. This business works in conjunction with Medical Assistance Companies and alongside funeral directors providing assistance on behalf of declined insurance cases or extremely complex cases. You will be responsible for providing emergency repatriation services for deceased policy holders worldwide. Corresponding with international logistics, airlines, government authorities, airport agents, clients, Insurance companies, overseas agents, embassies and private jets on a daily basis. Part of your role will also be to correspond and liaise with family members of the deceased, building rapport and delivering a calm and empathetic manner whilst updating them of the services you are providing throughout the case process. Hours - Monday - Friday 9am-5pm, out of hours work from home will be required every 2-3 weeks and 1 weekend every 8 weeks (with the days off in lieu).
