Overview
A Production Manager job opportunity with an automotive manufacturing organisation based in Greater Manchester Your new company You will be working for an established manufacturing organisation, who have been in production for over 20 years. Your new company boast a state-of-the-art production facility, with market leading equipment and technology. Your new role In your new position as Production Manager, you will be responsible for leading a lean, efficient and safe production line. In a broad role, you will be required to manage people, budgets and production, ensuring a continuous improvement mentality is instilled across production. What you'll need to succeed In order to succeed, you will ideally have had previous experience in a similar manufacturing environment, within a Production Management capacity. Your background must include some form of lean manufacturing experience, coupled with good people management and communication skills.
