Overview

An exceptional new opportunity has arisen with an established and reputable provider of nursing, residential and supported living care that specialises in care for adults with learning disabilities and associated mental health. This fantastic, specialist company are looking for competent, experienced Service Manager to lead on commissioning a brand new care home. They pride themselves in delivering high standards of care across the country, using a person cantered approach. This is a very exciting time to join the company Key Responsibilities : • Manage and lead an established team of support staff • Implement and maintain standards set out by CQC • Deal with recruitment and retention of staff • Have a flexible and adaptable approach • Ensure staff rotas are cost effective and are appropriate for the needs of service users. • Ensure sufficient staff to cover the rota without the need for Agency workers • Ensure all records and documentation are comprehensive and reviewed regularly, including the recording of internal and external audits, ensuring regulatory compliance at all times Requirements - • Have experience with in a Residential care setting • MUST have previous management experience • NVQ 4 or above • Experience working with learning disabilities, autism and associated mental health conditions • Dementia experience would be beneficial • IT literate Salary : 30k If you are interested or perhaps know someone who might be interested, please email an up to date CV to jon.hammonddomusrecruitment.com or call me on 01628 630104 ?As part of our continual pursuit of quality candidates we appreciate and reward candidate recommendations from you if we successfully secure them a position.
