Person Specification: We are currently looking for a qualified Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN). They would also need to be confident in their clinical ability, including catheter care and wound care, plus be an excellent communicator, one who can demonstrate professional and clinical best practice, who has a track record of delivering real improvements in care, can inspire a care team to improve and have a passion to raise standards in all aspects of care delivery.
