£15.77 - £17.50 p/h – Band 5/6 Equivalent/Up to £36.4K | 40 Hour Contract – Days | Large Nursing Home | Great Benefits | RGN or RMN Considered A 60 bedded elderly and dementia nursing home in Cardiff currently has a vacancy for an experienced RGN or RMN Registered Nurse to work as Lead Nurse on days. Details of this RGN/RMN Lead Nurse role and what the home is offering: A permanent, full-time contract of 40 hours per week working flexible day shifts over a 7 day rota Very competitive pay rates of either £15.77 or £17.50 per hour, which is equivalent to NHS Band 5/6 rates of pay and totals a salary of up to £36,400 Staff benefits for the lower hourly rate include 34 days annual leave, 6 months sick pay, enhanced maternity pay and 5% matched employer pension contributions Staff benefits for the higher hourly rate include 28 days annual leave, statutory sick pay, standard maternity pay and 3% employer pension contributions Ongoing learning and development opportunities As RGN/RMN Lead Nurse, you will coordinate and implement care plans, manage and administer medications and ensure that a high quality clinical and personal care service is maintained, working in collaboration with the HCAs on duty.
