The Opportunity If you love the variety of an agency, but would like to work in house, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Our Client is a Large Company, with Multiple Sites and Multiple Brands and Affiliates. Therefore, in house, they have their very own Creative Agency Due to their continuous growth, we are now looking for a Front End Developer, to work within their fabulous team, based in Havant. They have been named a “Sunday Times Top 100 Company to Work For” for 5 years running. Additionally, they have been certified by the Princess Anne Royal training awards for the training and development of their staff. As an experienced developer in their busy and growing team, you will be directly aiding the growth of the business. The role involves developing their websites and integrating with micro services including their tracking systems. This incorporates a lot of greenfield development and having a big say in the types of technologies they use within the business. This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual to make their mark within a large organisation. They have doubled in size in the last 12 months and are expected to grow by a further 50% next year which creates plenty of career growth opportunities Key Responsibilities Build and implement websites from initial concept, site architecture, and user interface to finished deliverable. Build dynamic webpages to ensure we are always serving the most relevant type of advertising to a prospective customer. Build and evolve the UI of our in-house marketing tracking software. Working with the web development team to create web applications and internal tools. Developing other members of the development team including providing solutions to problems and delivering feedback through code reviews Skills and Experience - Working knowledge of JavaScript and related frameworks (Angular, VueJS, React) - Bootstrap / Foundation - Gulp / Grunt automation tools - Knowledge of CSS pre-processors such as SASS - HTML 5 / CSS3 (responsive layouts) - Experience with responsive design and mobile layouts. - Experience using version control systems. - PHP experience 5.6 - Experience working with composer packages - MySQL - Ability to perform effectively to tight deadlines, work well both independently and as part of a team.
