Solicitor - Civil Litigation Portsmouth - 2yrs PQE £33000-£40000 An excellent opportunity to join a team of six litigators at an established regional firm located at several offices across the region On of the regions excellent high street firms with a great team of individuals comprising of two partners ably supported by experienced solicitors and legal execs. The team are looking to bring on a further civil litigator This is a varied role and the team are looking for an ambitious individual with the following attributes: A Solicitor / Legal Exec with 2yrs PQE Experience in running a varied case load of claims Experience with both commercial and private client litigation would be advantageous Able to manage contractual disputes, negligence claims, ToLATA and Inheritance Act claims, contentious probate and property disputes. An ability to maintain client relationships with high levels of client care. Able to work with the minimum of supervision Good procedural knowledge and some advocacy experience Keen to engage and be involved in marketing and networking initiatives.
