PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR: The role will include registering lasting power of attorney, court of protection applications, probate and letters of application and tax issues relating to estate administration. Your approach must be organised and methodical with the ability to multi-task, prioritise and work in a fast paced environment. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy is required, along with being an effective communicator with people at all levels, including face-to-face and by telephone. You will be motivated to contribute to the development of the business, given your integral role in driving business development initiative. As an ambitious, driven and determined Private Client Solicitor, you will display an excellent academic record, with strong technical knowledge of the relevant areas of the law. The role requires a flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team and in pressurised situations.
