Whilst you will have the opportunity to specialise in your preferred area of Private Client Law, you will gain exposure to all aspects of the discipline. This will include but not be limited to; wills, trusts, estate administration, Court of Protection, wealth preservation and succession planning. You will need to have outstanding organisational skills and a minimum of 6 PQE running a personal caseload of Private Client matters. This opportunity offers a high level of client contact and excellent opportunities for career progression. THE SENIOR PRIVATE CLIENT ASSOCIATE: The successful Private Client Solicitor will be ambitious, driven and determined, you will possess a keen interest in wills, trusts, tax, powers of attorney and estate planning. You should have an excellent academic record with strong technical knowledge. The role requires a flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
