An opportunity has arisen for a Lawyer to join a large and supportive in-house legal team, working for a major business based in Birmingham City Centre. Full time role. The business The business is an internationally renowned organisation with a well established in-house legal team, comprising of 22 lawyers nationwide. They are now seeking an ambitious and proactive lawyer to join their brand new regional team in Central Birmingham. The role Working within a supportive legal team of 3, the successful lawyer will: · Undertake a broad range of commercially focussed work involving a Global client base · Engage with and provide general legal advice to key stakeholders and to different teams across the business · Advise, draft and negotiate a wide range of complex commercial contracts including NDAs, Software agreements, Master Services Agreements, Collaboration agreements · Have the opportunity to network and form relationships across the wider business Full time role based in a fantastic central location; the offices are located in the heart of Birmingham's business district.
