Overview
We are delighted to be assisting an Ipswich-based Charity in recruiting their Finance Director to join their team. Reporting into the Chief Executive and working closely with the Senior Management Team, you will provide strategic financial leadership to optimise their financial performance and strategic position. You will ensure that cost efficiencies and cost reduction plans are identified and work closely with the CEO in the management of risk. Strong communication skills are key as you lead and mentor the finance team in their development. You will be able to demonstrate proven experience of delivering robust monthly management accounts and also lead on the preparation for financial and statutory reporting. This is a rare opportunity for a finance leadership role with a high profile charity. You will also lead on Facilities Management, ICT and Health & Safety and the role will offer an interesting and varied challenge.
