Debt Advisory Assistant Director
Overview
A rare opportunity to join one of the country's most successful debt advisory practices in this senior role of Assistant Director. Based out of Manchester but with a remit covering much of the North, the team advises and supports corporate and private equity clients raise and structure debt often to support corporate finance / M&A transactions. The team has access to, and relationships with hundreds of lenders and your role is to utilise this group to enable the best possible lending structure for your clients. On occasions, you will also support clients through a refinancing or debt restructuring process. To be considered, you will need extensive experience of structured or leveraged finance, legal documentation and term negotiation, credit analysis, structuring and financial modelling skills. This is very much a customer facing and market facing role so a demonstrable track record of deal origination and execution is also required. As an Assistant Director you will lead less senior colleagues on transactions and therefore management experience is essential. In return you will enjoy working with a highly experienced, capable and very successful team who undertake some of the most high profile deals in the region. Agile working is embraced and applications are invited from anyone with the aforementioned experience but who may be returning to work after an extended career break.
