What you'll do: Bad Debt Protection Team Leader Our bad debt team works in a fast-paced, full-on environment, so you'll need excellent leadership qualities to achieve high engagement and performance. You'll do this by managing performance and supporting your team members to achieve targets within agreed risk and service standards. You will handle escalations and drive continuous improvements in the team and the processes used. You will use your ability to prioritise tasks to adapt to changing demands in the team and to coordinate their focus. Why we want you to join us: You will have strong people management skills which you will use to manage the team's performance. You will be able to work under minimal supervision and take control of the team's performance and ensure the work is carried out to agreed timescales. You will have excellent communication with confidence in handling escalated queries and communicating with various parties. You will have strong IT literacy and use your initiative to highlight any improvements in processes, challenging current processes where relevant.
