Overview
An international law firm based in the city is looking to hire a Recruitment Advisor to join their award-winning HR team on a permanent basis. This a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment assistant to take the next step in their career, working on a mixture of lateral recruitment and graduate recruitment roles within a leading firm. The key duties will include: Involvement in the full employee lifecycle from advertising and promoting roles to liaising with hiring partners to arrange interviews Arranging and attending agency briefings and events Screening and collating documents from candidates to ensure a seamless process Project work with other departments in the firm Assisting the digital marketing activities including: social media content creation, such as: Facebook Live videos, digital campaign tracking, Google Awards, SEO etc. Writing blog posts and articles as required Working with target universities to manage the firms events throughout the year, assisting with travel arrangements and catering Administrative support as and when required Updating and adhering to HR processes and procedures The Candidate will have experience in a high-volume administrative role with previous in-house or agency experience desirable. The ideal candidate will be a bright graduate who is looking to join a vibrant and hardworking team. The candidate will be proactive and professional with a knowledge of systems (Recruitment databases, excel, outlook). They will have exceptional communication skills and offer a personable and efficient approach to their workload.
