RE-ENTRY ENGINEERING COMPLIANCE OFFICER An opportunity to join an international aerospace defence company has come about with an opening for a Re-Entry Engineering Compliance Officer The company offers fantastic benefits in addition to training and the opportunity for career progression. The Role Based in Coulport, the focus of the role will be to ensure that all SWS Engineering and Quality functions relating to specific projects are controlled and performed in line with both US and UK SWS Project, safety and quality requirements. Further responsibilities will include: Provide engineering support to ensure defect and document anomalies are dealt with in line with approved procedures Manage direct diagnostic fault finding investigations to support production programme Create new preventative maintenance procedures and source documentation Review defect report responses, equipment modification and documentation change proposals Provide advice to stakeholders regarding the suitability of proposal responses What we’re looking for? You will have experience in supervising a team within a specialist safety-critical environment in addition to having worked in a customer-facing role previously. We’re also looking for you to have the following: ONC / HNC in Mechanical / Electrical engineering discipline Confident in Microsoft Office software The role would most suit someone who comes from the aerospace, defence, vehicle & offshore or nuclear industries due to the nature of the business and projects.
