Principal Duties • To build and maintain extensive technical knowledge. To include: RF planning, key radio technologies, and system enhancements • Engage with the commercial team, project management team, and clients directly to develop ideas into fully functional designs that meet customer requirements • Manage and undertake the RF survey, design, installation, commissioning, modification, calibration, maintenance and documentation of client systems (incl. for example, FDS, FAT, and SAT) • Provide training to clients and other TES engineers as required • Provide on-call technical support Pre-Requisites • Practical and theoretical knowledge of analogue and digital radio and telecommunication systems • More than five years experience working in a professional radio system engineering environment • IT skills incl. RF & system design tools, Microsoft Office/Project, Visio etc. • Competence in using a wide range of radio test equipment • Excellent written English with competence in report/technical document writing • Willingness to travel on a regular basis using company provided transport.
