Overview
We have been asked to help build the project team on a stunning, new build, High Spec Residential project in Slough. Our client, a rapidly growing Main Contractor, has secured a number of commercial and residential contracts across the London region. It is a highly challenging project that requires an experienced Senior Construction Manager. Reporting to the Project Director, this is a high profile position on a top quality team. Internals Manager responsibilities: - Programming amends - Sub Contractor management - Quality Control - Client liaison - Design input - Solving Technical issues on site - Driving project, leading from the front Ideal Site Manager experience: - Minimum 5 years Site Manager experience - Major residential project experience - Degree educated or equivalent (Preferred) - SMSTS, First Aid, CSCS (Black Manager Card Preffered) - Must have good company longevity - Good leader - can do, will do attitude The project work, career development opportunity and salaries / packages on offer are second to none.
