Overview
Business Analyst - Private Equity - SQL - Investment Management - Fund Management - A leading Investment Management firm are looking to recruit 2 X Business Analyst's to work on a variety of business and technology focused initiatives within the Private equity area of the business specifically. These initiatives can include projects focusing on business process transformation, operational changes and automation and will span across different business areas including investment teams, investor relations, operations, risk and HR. The requirements will be originating from strategic initiatives from client requests, regulatory mandates, business opportunities and process simplification. As a BA you will working alongside the architecture team to help define the solutions that align with the organisations architectural principals and delivery framework. In close partnership with IT and other deliver partners you will help identify both the delivery and operating costs and will provide support to the entire project lifecycle;. this includes problem statement capture, cost benefit analysis, requirement development, solution engineering, delivery, testing and early life support. The successful candidate will have a strong Business Analysis background with a very good knowledge of Private Equity ideally although experience within the Fund Management sector will also be considered. You will have worked on a variety of initiatives both business and IT focused and will have a good background of working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Good Data Analysis skills and strong knowledge of SQL is also essential for the roles.
