LOCATION Central London LANGUAGES Fluency in English and French SALARY £25,000 - £28,000 bonus COMPANY BACKGROUND Our client is an international translation services company, working with many of Europe’s leading investment banks, technology company, financial institutional and legal companies. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES To join their London based international sales office, they wish to recruit a French speaking Team Sales Administrator. Your role will include the following responsibilities: Working closely with the managing director on sales activities and projects Coordinating the details to sales tenders and questionnaires Liaising with the company lawyer for the approval of clients’ sensitive agreements Office management (administrative tasks, mailing, stationery, expenses, courier, organising our stand for events) Preparing the sales proposals with the sales team Liaising with the translation production team and the client on some occasions about the sales’ projects Updating the CRM CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS Fluency in English is essential and also ideally fluency in French Experience in a similar position A strong team player with a start-up mind-set Ability to work under pressure Flexible, multitask with strong attention to details SALARY £25,000 - £28,000 bonus To be considered for this excellent opportunity as French speaking Team Sales Administrator, please email your CV to us immediately.
