The Day Job This is an opportunity for a Senior Security Architect to join our team working closely with enterprise architect to help in the design element of Security Architecture. Key responsibilities: Security Consultancy and the development of documentation Ensuring compliance with HMG and client policy in all solutions Identifying potential efficiencies and new ways of working Working closely with Solution Architects and Information Assurance teams Developing and writing Security Controls Compliance documentation Working with and advising the solution architects on the potential security strengths and weaknesses of proposed solutions Interpretation of Cloud Security Requirements for Government Systems Interpretation of Cloud Security Alliance Cloud Controls Matrix into Technical Requirements for Solution Architects Design of security controls across multi-cloud implementations, including protective monitoring solutions Essential Skills Good customer facing skills - able to communicate effectively with staff and clients at all levels Extensive experience in IT, specifically in a management role with a proven track record Knowledge of HMG Security Policy Framework / Risk Management / Vulnerability Management / Protective Monitoring / Security report analytics Creation and maintenance of detailed Security Management Plans and ISMS ITHC vulnerability assessments and remediation Desirable Skills CISSP / NCSC CCP certified A member of the Institute of Information Security Professionals / British Computer Society / Information Security Forum Information Security for GSi / GXSx / PSN Interconnectivity and Code of Connection Compliance together with N3 Interconnectivity Knowledge of Data & Voice Network Management together with secure architecture design Experience of Audit systems Experience of Archimate Reasons why you should apply to us We’re big – really big.
