Overview

Do you have experience leading a team within a Call Centre or Financial Services? What you`ll get up to as a Complaints Team Leader To give you an idea what to expect, you`ll be: - Providing guidance and support to our Complaints Investigators, ensuring their performance is in line with company standards, regulatory requirements and policy terms and conditions. - Using your expert product knowledge to investigate complaint reasons and offering the appropriate solutions. - Allocating casework, ensuring records are maintained throughout the complaints process. - Ensuring the team are up to date with all relevant FCA regulations and training. - Supporting the Customer Complaints Manager in the day to day running of the department. - Working within a lively and at times challenging environment so you`ll take multitasking and team work in your stride, enjoying a variety of tasks. What we look for in you as a Complaints Team Leader Experience of supervising a team within a financial services environment. A passion for developing and supporting people with the aim of achieving department service level targets. Responding to complaints can be challenging and you’ll be talking to our customers when their pet is injured or unwell, so your professionalism and empathy will play a central role in the service you deliver.
