Senior QA Engineer | Web Front End | Agile | React | Cypress | Automation | Azure | 3 Amigo's | £50,000 - £70,000 bonus Method Resourcing has partnered with a client who has a QA community of 80 QA's distributed between 55 Scrum teams. They have 3 million hits per day to their platforms and generated more than 100 million pound profit last year. They're looking for a Senior QA Engineer and a mid-level QA Engineer to work on their front end applications. The successful Senior QA Engineer will have the following experience: You must consider software testing as a craft Has a strong appreciation for non-functional types of testing Working closely with the product owners and developers to identify edge cases and error scenarios for the new features. Improves CI/CD process by running the tests after each deployment Seeks to constantly improve themselves and their knowledge of testing Attends/organizes QA meet ups is a nice to have Takes course/learns in their spare time inside/outside of work - our client encourages this Actively participates/contributes to the QA community (in/outside of work) - highly desirable Doing production releases, proactive production monitoring. Someone who wants to seek an understanding of the wider domain. Questions permutations outside the box. E.g: Thinks about edge cases, boundary testing, error states etc. Candidate should be humble in their approach to working and learning. A candidate who has the humility to know that every opportunity can be a learning experience is great.
