Overview

LMA Recruitment's client is a Commercial Bank in the City looking for a Business Analyst to assist with the implementation of a new Credit Origination Platform and to focus on the integration after implementation. Responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to: Conducting requirements fathering sessions with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand and document their requirements Reviewing and updating existing requirements for validity Fathering, analysing and managing business requirements Converting business requirements into useable system requirements Assist in User Acceptance Testing Requirements for this role include, but are not limited to: Ability to utilise various methods and techniques to frame problems and situations from the perspective of their impact on the entire system and to make recommendations on the appropriate action plans and take the right risks Ability to effectively receive and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviours Experience includes at least 5 years' experience in financial services with subject matter expertise in Credit, Lending and Lending Operations 3 years of experience in large scale change efforts which are comprised of projects and/or programs including change management aspects of delivery
