Overview

A new opportunity has become available for a Customer Service Advisor in Lutterworth. My client is a well- known retailer and is looking to hire experienced, passionate Customer Service Advisors. This is a full time position, working 37.5 hours on rotating shifts, Monday - Friday 8am-4.30pm week 1 and 11.30am-8pm week 2. You will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers to book in their delivery dates, effectively handle customer enquiries whilst ensuring excellent communication. This position is a temporary ongoing role. Free onsite parking is available and 20 days ( 8 days stats) holiday. The Job Role Making outbound calls to customers regarding their orders recently placed and arranging delivery times. Updating the in house system Reconfirming the customer details Rearranging deliveries where necessary Produce accurate work and with exceptional attention to detail Deliver high quality service and have attention to Customer Care Experience / Requirements Previous experience in a similar role is ideal but full training provided Excellent telephone manner and data processing skills Excellent time keeping skills To be successful in this role, you will need the ability to work on your own initiative in a fast paced, target driven environment. It is essential you have excellent customer service and effective communication Competent in MS Office / inhouse systems Excellent verbal and written communication skills Organised and efficient administration skills
