Overview
Electrical Technician NE42, Free Parking £28k-£35k per annum (DOE) plus benefits Permanent, Full Time TM Resourcing are delighted to be working with our well established client based in the North East to recruit a self-motivated Technician to join an expanding team on a permanent full time basis. Suitable candidates should possess good electronic and electrical skills and hold a clean UK driving licence. You will mainly be responsible for the design, assembly, servicing and calibrating of customers electrical/electronic equipment at our clients facility and on customer site throughout the UK and Ireland. Main duties will include but are not limited to: In-house and on-site service and repair work Product design and build Meter calibration Program and diagnose PLC software faults Carrying out electrical and electronic fault finding Deliveries Stock control Manufactured component QA The successful candidate will have: A degree/HND in a related discipline such as electronic and electrical engineering A minimum of 5 years' experience in an engineering role post apprenticeship/training An aptitude in both electrical and electronic engineering Able to read and understand electrical engineering drawings and printed circuit diagrams Good electronic and electrical skills Good communication skills A willingness to travel is essential Ability to work as a member of a team or as an individual A full UK driving licence Due to the nature of our clients business successful candidates will be required to pass a police background check.
