Overview
We are currently recruiting for a fantastic client based on Hornbeam Park who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their small and friendly team. Our client is part of a large company however offer such a great working environment it could be easily mistaken for a family run business. If you pride yourself in giving exceptional Customer service and excellent organisation skills, then this could be the role for you. They are looking for someone experience, organised and fantastic on the phones building rapport with both colleagues and customers daily. Responsibilities Record all new enquiries and distribute to the relevant external Sales person Provide the customer with a quotation and supporting literature in a timely manner, in accordance with our Standard Operating Procedures Processing all orders Transfer of information between all relevant departments Provide clear and accurate information Liaising with the customer from start to finish Deal with any issues following the procedures Provide information in an accurate and timely manner Ensuring that all processes are followed and that business systems are kept up to date Liaising with the Commercial team ensuring legislation and internal processes are adhered to This is a full-time role Monday and a great salary of us to £20,000.
