We currently have a vacancy for an enthusiastic and keen to learn, Purchase Ledger Data Entry Clerk. This is a full-time position, working 38 hours within our Head Office at Stockport. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to: Printing invoices, credits, statements, goods received notes (GRNS) Batching invoices Matching invoices Assisting in month end procedures Sort internal post and distribute to team members in a timely manner To be a great Purchase Ledger Data Entry Clerk, you will: Be a highly organised individual Have excellent attention to detail Be clear and confident communicating with all team members face to face and suppliers via telephone Be willing and motivated to learn Great numerous skills Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and have a good knowledge of basic computer skills Previous experience working within a similar role would be advantageous Full training will be provided for this role.
