Overview
A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Associate to join a top 100 law firm's successful Wills, Trusts and Estates Planning Team in Cheltenham. The Opportunity: Everyone in the team works in a cohesive environment but with the autonomy to run and develop their caseload and build client relationships. Many lawyers within the team are STEP members but everyone shares their expertise, knowledge and experience to support one another. The successful candidate will manage a case load of varied Private Client work which will consist of Wills, Probate, Administration of Estates, LPA’s, Inheritance Tax Planning and Trusts. What’s Needed to be considered? A qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (Minimum of 5 years PQE) Have experience of working in a Private Client department across a range of clients, handling a variety of issues Be able to build relationships with both new and existing clients and professionals What next?
