Senior Private Client Associate / 6 PQE / Excellent Salary £50,000 - £80,000 DOE / Benefits to include parking / Cheltenham / Top 100 Firm - THE ROLE: This Top 100 firm are currently experiencing a period of growth and are looking for a Senior Private Client Associate to join their Tier 1 Private Client team. To lead on all matters and work allocated to you to a standard expected for the corresponding level of experience and qualification held by the post holder. To work independently on matters seeking expert and/or external advice where appropriate. Operate personally to very high standards of accuracy paying appropriate attention to detail. Take responsibility for ensuring more junior team members. Understand and meet the Firm's and Regulator's standards. Bring best practice to the attention of the team; encourages sharing of new idea. Understand and respond effectively to clients' specific needs, objectives, priorities and constraints. THE SENIOR PRIVATE CLIENT ASSOCIATE: The successful Private Client Solicitor will be ambitious, driven and determined, you will possess a keen interest in wills, trusts, tax, powers of attorney and estate planning. You should have an excellent academic record with strong technical knowledge. The role requires a flexible attitude and the ability to work effectively within a team and under pressure.
