Overview
The Client – Senior Development Manager: Castlefield Recruitment are are working with a large North-West based Housing Association who has ambitious development aspirations to deliver new homes across the North West. The Role – Senior Development Manager: The successful candidate will manage and lead the Development Team, taking responsibility for bringing forward viable development schemes, managing them through to completion. Line management responsibility will also be a key part of the role which will include the developing the personal skills and capabilities of the team. The Person – Senior Development Manager: Experience of delivering new build programmes in the Social Housing sector Experience in sourcing new development schemes and possess an in-depth knowledge of the development process Have an in-depth knowledge of grant funding and Home England processes and compliance Management experience of staff at various levels is essential
