Overview
We are currently recruiting for numerous Customer Service Advisors to join a thriving health organisation based in Staffordshire. Even in times of uncertainty this company needs support to cope with increased demand it’s currently experiencing. Main duties include: - Answering calls from patients and care professionals who need advice. - Recording detailed findings onto the system. - Provide admin/service support to clinicians - This role may also include referring calls to other services such as all emergency services, Hospitals, GP's or other in-house clinicians. You must have a DBS to be considered for this role.
