Customer Service Agent £8.21 phr - West Malling Immediate Start and Free Parking Do you have Customer Service experience? Are you looking for a new role to start immediately? We are looking for a Customer Service Agent to join a fun and friendly team based in West Malling. If you have previous experience as a Customer Service Agent within a contact centre this would be an advantage but is not essential. The position will be telephone based and will involve talking to customers and processing their details on to the internal system and refer them to the correct person for on-going advice and support. Previous experience working in a telephone based role is essential and you must be a confident communicator and confident in processing notes onto the computer system. The ideal candidate will have experience working shift work or within an insurance based call centre. Working hours will be on 9:00am - 17:30pm.
