Overview
Our client is a leading Telecommunications company who are committed to providing high quality products and services in the UK. They are looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team. Location Peterborough, PE6 Job Overview The principle role of the Project Coordinator is to ensure that the orders or initiatives produce the required deliverables to the agreed standard of quality and within the specified constraints and time. Key Responsibilities: Typically managing a WIP of task driven orders. Identifying and managing key stakeholders which will mostly be internal staff. Managing various aspects of risks and issues while ensuring stakeholders are kept informed. Management of the order and/or task to completion will mean that contact with suppliers is essential to overcome hurdles. Following a routine based on date set milestones of various activities. Working within a team that uses both phone and emails for communication, managing shared and individual mailboxes. Who we're looking for: Experience in Stakeholder management. High level of Microsoft Office and General IT system experience. Good Telephone etiquette. A target driven individual with experience working towards SLAs. Time Management skills.Problem Solving Skills.Desire to learn and progress in this role.
