An expanding, privately owned Wealth Management Company in Accrington is recruiting for a Financial Services Administrator due to company growth. Ideally you will have experience within Financial Services, though strong Administrators from Professional Services will also be considered. Salary - 18-21k per annum which is negotiable excellent company benefits. The Financial Services Administrator will be required to support a fast paced and busy team with new and existing businesses. Job Description Assist with the preparation of client meetings, e-mails, letters and paperwork; research products, preparing reports for client meetings, highlight areas requiring attention, process new business, preparation of suitability reports. You will need to handle client queries and help service existing clients on a daily basis Updating back office system with client review data and carrying out adviser instructed post review tasks Submission of new business applications and processing fund switches Chase up any outstanding documentation, scanning and logging onto the system Support with other administrative duties such as ordering office supplies You should have strong attention to detail, great IT skills and be an excellent communicator.
