Customer Service Representative - Bristol City Centre - £10ph for 4 weeks Your new company We're looking for a detail-orientated, empathetic problem solver to join a Customer Service team in the Bristol office on a temporary basis. Your company has been well established for over 50 years in providing home insurance to its customers so expect high quality customer service. Your new role Deal with general and technical queries over the phone, email and via the web chat Document customer interactions through the internal system Build strong relationships with the customers Escalate customer complaints Provide outstanding customer service Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary Maintain a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always What you'll need to succeed Candidates will need to be highly motivated and confident speaking on the phone to customers. Ideally with experience in insurance, its important that the candidate is resilient and friendly. You will need to also be good at problem solving and be able to think on the spot.
