Overview
A multi service high street law firm seek a Conveyancing Assistant to join their team. The Opportunity: Working within a supportive capacity you will assist a fee earner with their caseload of residential property files. This will be mixed to cover an array of transactions including: sale and purchases; leasehold and freehold properties; new builds; shared ownership; transfer of equity, among others. What’s needed for me to be considered? Have 12 months prior conveyancing experience of working in a property department, either as an Assistant, Secretary or Paralegal What next?
