Overview
An exciting permanent opportunity has arisen within a digital consultancy based in West London . They are looking for a DevOps engineer to helpautomating the software delivery pipeline within a scalable system that relies heavily on open source technologies. All applicants must have a DevOps Engineer background. You also need experience of working with DevOps tools like Ansible , Chef, Puppet or Saltstack, containerization tools including Kubernetes or Docker and cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or IBM Cloud . As this is a DevOps Engineer position, day to day, you will be expected to - Automate application and infrastructure provisioning, configuration and deployment within a highly secure environment Work as part of a multi-disciplined Agile/Scrum team Oncall support out of office hours - 8:30am to 6:00pm If you have the following skills/experience and are interested in this position please apply - Essential DevOps Engineer background Experience with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or IBM Cloud Kubernetes or Docker experience Experience of working with any of the following technologies - Ansible, Chef, Puppet or Saltstack Desirable Experience of security best practises (e.g. Kubernetes security groups, mutual authentication, HTTP security headers) Security Clearance McGregor Boyall is an equal opportunity employer and do not discriminate on any grounds.
