Overview
Creative Support works in partnership with Focus Independent Adult Social Work, Aspects Care and Inclusion Housing to provide housing related support to people with a learning disability, complex needs and challenging behaviour to develop life skills in order to enable them to sustain independent living. We need a dedicated relief staff team with the passion to work in a positive and unconditional manner to support individuals to make positive changes to their lives. We need warm, respectful and reliable individuals who can work well as part of a team providing structured, person centred support. You must be committed to ensuring that service users enjoy the highest quality of life and experience a wide range of opportunities for personal development. Experience is essential for relief posts.
