Sterling Cross is delighted to be working with a Pharmacy Group who go above and beyond in all aspects of their business. They are now looking for forward thinking, dynamic, enthusiastic Pharmacist’s to join their teams. They have opportunities for Pharmacists (Relief/Static), Newly Qualified Pharmacists and Pharmacist Managers with a fantastic diversity in training including possibility to progress as an independent prescriber (T&C apply) Positions cover a wide variety of locations including, but not limited to: Grimbsy, Scunthorpe, Mablethorpe, Lincoln, Louth As a Pharmacist , you will build relationships with a variety of pharmacy teams, local health professionals and customers from all walks of life, sharing best practice wherever you go. Supporting a range of branches across the region from the high street to health centres every day will be different, so you’ll enjoy plenty of variety as you develop pharmacy teams and help them provide an amazing service to every customer who comes through the door. As a Newly Qualified Pharmacist you will receive the following: Training and Development: You’ll receive support and development through a highly regarded Foundation Programme (RPS accredited). This is a two-year development programme that will help you build your knowledge, skills, and behaviours as a newly qualified Pharmacist and will set you up for further learning opportunities such as a clinical diploma or independent prescribing qualification. This foundation programme will focus not only on building your clinical knowledge, but also in forming your leadership and people skills, to deliver the best possible care to customers and patients.
