Chef de Partie – Gymkhana – JKS Restaurants Michelin Starred restaurant, Gymkhana are seeking a Chef de Partie to join the team. The successful candidate will be friendly, personable and passionate about all thing’s food and drink. The Restaurant Located in Mayfair, Gymkhana is inspired by the bars, social, sports and members’ clubs of the British Raj in India and serves contemporary Indian cuisine using seasonal British ingredients with a strong focus on the tandoori oven. You’ll have experience working in a quality kitchen, adhering to standard operating and Health and Safety procedures.
